Institutional Membership

Institutional Membership emphasizes quality assurance and a commitment to continuous quality enhancement of the science education of our members. To achieve membership in the International Group of Researcher and Advanced Scientific Education (iGRASE), an institution/organization must:

 

  • Comply with international research and scientific education standards.
  • Develop and implement a research quality and/or education improvement plan
  • Undergo an annual review of its developments and improvements
  • Undergo announced and unannounced virtual visits and interviews with staff/faculty

Eligibility

 

Your organisation or the educational institute must:

 

  1. Legally registered as a company / University in your country

  2. Providing educational programmes (online/face-to-face) in any science-related area

  3. Involved in scientific research activities or planning to get started

  4. Agree to implement and maintain international Quality Standards suggested by our council members

  5. Agree to undergo virtual site visits and virtual meetings with your staff or students

  6. Ability to pay annual membership maintenance fee of £ 990 / year

Process of Membership

 

There are 4 steps process to become an official member of iGRASE:

 

1- Initial Application:

  • Complete and fill online application form and submit the required documents
  • Pay the application processing fee of £ 90

 

2- Application Processing:

  • Your membership application will be processed by Council members between 5-10 business days

 

3- Evaluation Interview:

  • Depending on your institute's provided documents, details, and individual circumstances, we may arrange a virtual interview/virtual site visit with one of your leader/faculty members. Further details will be provided via email.

 

4- Application Decision:

  • Get notification of Acceptance/Rejection of membership status via email

Schedule of Fees

 

A non-refundable application fee is charged at the time of submitting your application = £ 89

Once your application is Accepted you are required to pay annual membership fee = £ 990 / year
